1. Are there any costs associated with being a member?
There is no cost to become a member.
2. How does the website generate income?
Our income is generated solely through advertising.
3. What are the benefits of exchanging services?
The benefits are best described in The Rules section but to quickly summarize, here they are:
- 1) Conserve your cash.
- 2) Increase your Income.
- 3) Avoid and minimize debt.
- 4) Minimize or erase high interest charges on borrowed money.
- 5) Access to more disposable income.
- 6) Attract new clientele.
4. Is the website for both personal and business use?
Yes. We encourage individual-to-individual, business-to-business and Individual- to -business exchange scenarios.
5. Is the exchange of services legal?
Absolutely Yes.
6. Are their tax implications?
In some cases yes.
Please review the attachments below and/or discuss with your accountant for any possible tax implications.

7. Does this website utilize any type of barter currency or barter card?
No. We are simply providing a platform for individuals and businesses to engage and exchange their services.
8. Is my personal information shared with anyone?
No. We respect your privacy. Personal contact information entrusted to us is not shared with anyone.
9. How do I determine the qualifications of the individual and/or business offering services?
a.) Qualifications are best determined by asking for and following up on references.
Perhaps a portfolio is also available for review.
10. What if my exchange leads to a less than ideal circumstance?
We strongly recommend putting the details of your exchange in writing to avoid any misunderstandings.
11. Should I wait to see something that interests me before posting an ad?
We encourage you not to wait; there are most likely dozens of people like you thinking that very thought. The posting that you submit alone could draw all sorts of possibilities.
12. What if the two services being exchanged are not of equal value?
It will be the responsibility of the individuals exchanging services to determine the definition of equal value. When the exchange is not of equal value the balance or difference could be paid through monetary means or future work. This decision however, must be made by the exchanging parties.
13. How long is my ad posted for?
Ads are posted for 90 days.
14. How many ads can a member post?
There is currently no limit on the number of ads a member can post.
